Please note that the initiation of website construction is a commitment. Vitzy's will contact you soon after your purchase to start discussing layout options and graphic design. What you will purchase here is not a stock site, but a web presence created for you personally by a dedicated designer. However, failure to respond to emails and queries and failure to provide Vitzy's with necessary information for the production of your website may result in an incomplete production. In the event that a site is not published due to the purchasers lack of communication, you may request a refund. Return of fees will be granted with the standard hourly rate ($30/hr) subtracted for the amount of time Vitzy's invested in the unpublished site before request of cancellation.
